The only two problems i found with this hotel were
1. The bar was very expensive £8 for glass wine £3.50 for B Breezer!
2. The pillows were awful not feather. Other than those the hotel was clean, breakfast good and not in a bad location 10 mins walk from Queen St Railway.

Hotel was very clean and modern, rooms were very contempory and comfortable. Within walking distance of shops and bars. There are hotels closer but are far more expensive so I think I got the best value for money.

Went to the Garage nightclub as that was reasonably close, don't do it!!!!! I keep promising myself to never go back there as its a dive but I can't help myself! Ate at Sarti on Renfrew Street, delightful Italian restaurant, food delicious, staff very friendly.

The room given to us was clean enough but had been converted to cater for a disabled person(s). Therefore whilst the bathroom facilities were adequate the lack of a shower curtain etc was not so convenient. Cost per night was I believe dictated by a busy period in Glasgow. I do not believe outside such timing the cost of this hotels rooms would justify its star rating.

There are plenty of things to do and places to eat in the immediate vacinity and "downtown" is a 5 minute walk, with Sauchihall street just 1 minute away.
