Large, busy Hotel popular with both business travellers & tourists. Public areas well furnished, bedrooms quite basic but spacious. Plenty of friendly, helpful & efficient staff in restaurant & recpetion. Good breakfast even 'tho it was buffet style. Would happily stay here again. Great location for secc, shopping, restaurants etc.

Top Tip:
We had excellent meals at the Ho Wong, York Street (walking distance) as well as Spuntini in Byres Road (West End).
