Traveller from Tain stayed in April,2009

when we arrived were not told about check out times...we asked the receptionist for directions to our shock she didnt know...we had to find out for ourselves.... On our check out we told the receptionist we were taking our luggage to the car and back for our breakfast, when we sat down for it were told we had checked out and had to pay for it again!!!! which we never we WALKED OUT !!!!!

Top Tip:
the only good thing is the SECC is walking steps and you can get the underground tube a few yards from the hotel that takes you into the city....
