Nice enough but let down by tiny rooms and those at the front are noisy due to traffic all through the night. In hot weather you need to open window to let air in, making noise even worse. Food was superb but restaurant service very poor - had to ask 4 times for glasses and then again for cutlery. Shame. Could be so much better.

Top Tip:
Short walk to SECC gives easy access when attending conferences and also to reach city centre shops, restaurants etc
