Very comfortable and has all the facilities one needs for a stay. The position of it for us as a couple is good as Charing Cross Station is just below and access to city centre is excellent. Great view over the city lights from any floor above 4th.
Top Tip
Use underground to get straight into main line station. Get return to Queen St station it is only 10p more than a single.

Ladies in reception extremely friendly, helpfull and accomodating. Went out of their way to be of service. The breakfast staff were also pleasant and helpfull. Hotel clean, warm and rooms not too small and with all one would require. Good view, reasonable location for central city and next door to where I was working so perfect for me.
Top Tip
Bit of a walk if shopping is your aim but train station right next door. Good pub/restraunt just opposite with live music. Parking in multistory next door o.k. for the night but expensive for all day but hey, its central city!

The room was a bit on the small side, but fine for a short stay. This hotel is just off Sauchiall street, great for the centre of Glasgow.
Car parking is at the multistorey next door- rather expensive at just under £20 per day.

Our room faced directly onto the dual carriageway and was extremely noisy throughout the day and night. We had previously stayed in this hotel but in a room facing the back and had no problems with noise. Other colleagues have had same problem with noise when in rooms facing this way.
